Anthony Galizia Launches The Growth Strategy Podcast, Bringing Real Business Owners Into Real Growth Conversations
The new podcast from growth strategist Anthony Galizia puts business owners at the center of the conversation, working through real marketing, sales, technology and growth challenges one company at a time.

What is harder to find is what happens when that advice meets a real business.
Growth strategist and entrepreneur Anthony Galizia has launched The Growth Strategy Podcast, a new business podcast built around conversations with real business owners working through the challenges of building, growing, and scaling their companies.
Rather than relying on traditional interviews or conversations about entrepreneurship in the abstract, each episode starts with an actual business.
The owner brings the company.
They bring the challenges.
And the conversation becomes a working strategy session.
From marketing and customer acquisition to sales processes, technology, positioning, operations, and long-term growth strategy, no two conversations are expected to be the same, because no two businesses are the same.
“The idea isn't to bring someone on and spend an hour asking them how they became successful,” said Anthony Galizia. “I want to understand their business. What's working? What's not working? Where are they trying to go? Then we can start pulling the company apart and figuring out what we would actually do next.”
A Business Podcast Built Around Real Companies
The Growth Strategy Podcast is designed around a simple idea:
Put a real business on the table and build the strategy around it.
One guest may be struggling to generate enough qualified opportunities.
Another may have plenty of demand but lack the sales process required to convert it.
Another may need to rethink positioning, implement a CRM, improve its website, expand into another market, develop a new service line or determine whether the technology inside the company is actually helping it grow.
That means conversations can move across nearly every part of the business.
Marketing may lead into sales.
Sales may expose an operational problem.
An operational problem may reveal a technology issue.
A technology conversation may uncover a larger problem with the company's customer experience or growth model.
The goal is not to force every company through the same framework.
It is to determine what that particular business needs next.
First Guest: Emery Simolia of Simolia Construction

The first episode features Emery Simolia of Simolia Construction, a New York and New Jersey-based construction company focused on luxury home security and commercial security system installation.
The conversation provided an early example of what Galizia wants the podcast to become.
Instead of simply discussing Simolia's background as a business owner, the conversation focused on the company itself, its growth opportunities, marketing, positioning, and the decisions that could help it build a stronger foundation for expansion.
That type of working conversation will remain at the center of future episodes.
We'll encourage guests to discuss where their companies stand, what they are trying to accomplish, and the obstacles between the business they have today and the business they're building.
From there, Galizia will work through the strategy with them.
Marketing Is Only Part of the Conversation
Anthony Galizia's background in marketing and advertising naturally makes customer acquisition an important part of the show.
But The Growth Strategy Podcast is intentionally broader than a marketing podcast.
Building a company requires marketing to connect with sales.
Sales needs systems.
Systems need technology.
Technology needs processes.
And all of those investments ultimately need to contribute to the economics and direction of the business.
“If someone tells me they need more leads, my first question isn't necessarily going to be how we get them more leads,” Anthony Galizia said. “I want to know what happens when a lead comes in. How quickly does somebody respond? What does the sales process look like? What are they selling? What is a customer worth? Can the operation handle more business? Sometimes the thing the owner thinks is the marketing problem isn't actually the problem.”
That philosophy will allow episodes to move organically between marketing strategy, sales development, CRM and technology, customer experience, market expansion, pricing, positioning, operations and business development.
No Two Episodes Should Be the Same
There will not be a predetermined answer waiting for every guest.
That is intentional.
A contractor doing a few million dollars in annual revenue faces different decisions than an early-stage founder.
A manufacturer with available production capacity has a different growth problem than a professional service company struggling with lead conversion.
A company preparing to enter another market requires a different strategy than a local business trying to dominate its existing territory.
The Growth Strategy Podcast is intended to explore those differences.
Each episode becomes a case study in how growth strategy changes when the company, market, owner, and circumstances change.
Listeners get to hear not only the recommendation, but also the questions and reasoning that lead to it.
Bringing the Strategy Session Outside the Boardroom
Anthony Galizia has spent his career working across marketing, digital strategy, customer acquisition and business growth.
Through Giving You Digital and, more recently, Inventus Growth Solutions, his work has increasingly expanded beyond individual marketing channels and into the infrastructure connecting marketing, sales, technology, and business development.
The podcast brings those conversations into a public format.
Instead of keeping every strategy session behind closed doors, The Growth Strategy Podcast gives other entrepreneurs an opportunity to listen as another owner works through decisions they may be facing themselves.
A listener may not own the same type of company as the guest.
But the underlying question may sound very familiar.
How do I get this business from where it is today to where I know it can go?
Real Advice. Real Owners. Real Businesses.
The Growth Strategy Podcast will continue featuring entrepreneurs and business owners across industries and stages of growth.
Some will arrive with a clearly defined problem.
Others may simply know the company has reached a point where something needs to change.
The objective in either case is the same:
Understand the business before prescribing the strategy.
There will be successes to examine, assumptions to challenge and ideas that may not survive the conversation.
That is part of the point.
“Business owners don't need another person telling them to post more on social media or giving them ten generic ways to grow,” Anthony Galizia said. “They need someone willing to understand the actual company and have the conversation from there. That's what I want this show to be.”
Future episodes will continue exploring the decisions behind growing and scaling real companies, from acquiring customers and developing sales systems to choosing technology, entering new markets, and building the infrastructure required for the next stage of growth.
One owner.
One business.
One conversation at a time.
The Growth Strategy Podcast with Anthony Galizia. Real businesses. Real strategy. Built for what's next.
