Founder of Giving You Digital, Anthony Galizia, launches a growth and commercialization firm focused on helping companies connect strategy, technology, marketing, and business development into one operating system.

Most growing companies do not have an ideas problem.

They have an execution problem.

Marketing operates separately from sales. Sales operates separately from technology. Customer data lives across disconnected systems. Websites generate activity without creating qualified opportunities. Leadership invests in new tools and campaigns without a clear commercial infrastructure connecting those investments to revenue.

Anthony Galizia believes the traditional agency model is not designed to solve that problem.

That belief led to the creation of Inventus Growth Solutions, a growth and commercialization firm built to help companies identify where growth is being constrained, build the infrastructure necessary to support it, and take a more active role in developing new markets and revenue opportunities.

The company brings together market strategy, digital transformation, revenue operations, demand generation, and business development under a single growth model.

“Companies are surrounded by agencies willing to sell them another marketing service,” said Galizia, Founder of Inventus Growth Solutions. “What I kept seeing was a much bigger problem. You could generate more leads, build a better website, or install another CRM, but if those pieces don't operate as one commercial system, the company still has the same fundamental bottleneck.”

From Marketing Services to Growth Infrastructure

Anthony's path to Inventus began in marketing.

After studying marketing and advertising, he went on to build Giving You Digital, a digital marketing business that has worked with companies on websites, search visibility, advertising, CRM technology, and growth strategy.

But working more closely with business owners revealed a recurring challenge.

The problem often wasn't simply marketing.

A company could have a strong product and still lack a defined market-development strategy. It could generate leads without an effective sales process. It could purchase sophisticated technology without implementing the workflows necessary to use it. Or it could have significant operational capacity without a predictable system for turning that capacity into new business.

Those experiences changed the question Galizia wanted to answer.

Instead of asking, “How do we market this company?”

Inventus starts with:

“What is preventing this company from growing?”

That distinction is becoming the foundation of the firm's approach.

Closing the Commercialization Gap

Inventus describes the disconnect between a company's capabilities and its ability to consistently bring those capabilities to market as the commercialization gap.

It is particularly visible in founder-led and manufacturing businesses.

A manufacturer, for example, may have equipment, engineering expertise, production capacity and decades of technical knowledge while still relying primarily on referrals, existing relationships and sporadic inbound opportunities for new business.

The company may know how to make something without having a modern system for determining:

  • Which markets present the strongest opportunity
  • Which customers should be targeted
  • Which problems the company is uniquely positioned to solve
  • How those capabilities should be positioned
  • How target accounts should be identified and developed
  • How inquiries, RFQs and opportunities should be tracked
  • How marketing and sales activity should translate into measurable pipeline

Inventus is being built to operate inside that gap.

A Different Approach to Manufacturing Growth

Manufacturing will be an important focus for Inventus as the firm develops its commercialization practice.

Rather than beginning with advertising or lead generation, Inventus starts further upstream.

The process begins with market intelligence.

The firm evaluates a manufacturer's capabilities, capacity, economics, historical customers, competitive environment, and potential markets before recommending where the company should focus.

From there, Inventus can help build the commercial infrastructure required to pursue that opportunity, including positioning, digital experience, CRM systems, sales enablement, demand generation, account development, and performance measurement.

When appropriate, the firm's role can extend into active market development and manufacturer representation.

The objective is to create a connected path from:

Capability → Market → Customer → Conversation → RFQ → Opportunity → Revenue → Account Expansion

“Manufacturers don't necessarily need another agency sending them leads,” Anthony Galizia said. “In many cases, they need someone willing to understand what they can actually produce, identify where that capability has commercial value, build the infrastructure around it, and then help take it into the market.”

Building What Comes Next

Inventus will operate through several interconnected capabilities.

Inventus Growth Solutions will lead strategy, commercialization, market development, and growth architecture.

Inventus Technology Systems will support the digital and operational infrastructure required to execute those strategies, including CRM, web technology, data, and automation.

A network of specialized digital and implementation partners will allow Inventus to bring additional capabilities into engagements without forcing companies to manage a collection of disconnected vendors.

The goal is not to replace every internal department.

It is to help leadership determine what should exist, build what is missing, connect what is disconnected, and create the systems required for the organization to grow.

Proving the Model

Inventus is now beginning to apply this approach with companies where the opportunity extends beyond traditional marketing.

The firm's early manufacturing work will focus on documenting the process from the beginning: establishing commercial baselines, identifying target markets, developing go-to-market strategies, implementing infrastructure, and measuring the resulting pipeline and revenue.

That documentation is intentional.

Rather than building its reputation around broad promises, Inventus plans to publish the frameworks, research, lessons and measurable outcomes emerging from its work.

Anthony Galizia sees that transparency as an important part of building the company.

“We're not interested in pretending every growth strategy works,” he said. “The interesting part is figuring out what the market actually responds to, measuring it and building from the evidence. If something doesn't work, that's information. If it does, we should be able to show why.”

A Broader Vision for Inventus

The name Inventus comes from Latin roots associated with finding and discovery.

That idea reflects the company's larger ambition.

Inventus is not being built around a single marketing channel, technology platform, or consulting deliverable.

It is being built around discovering where opportunity exists and helping companies create the commercial systems required to pursue it.

For manufacturers, that could mean entering a new geographic market, commercializing unused production capacity, developing a new channel, modernizing an outdated sales process, or transforming a technical capability into a repeatable commercial offering.

For other founder-led businesses, the underlying problem may look different.

The question remains the same:

Where is the value trapped inside the business, and what needs to be built to unlock it?

That is the problem Inventus Growth Solutions intends to solve.
